No more filling out forms! This service is free for you to use. You simply use the code provided to you by your prospective employer, electronically sign the authorization, and scan away!
The final report will include information verified by state-issued driver’s license or ID (such as name, address and date of birth, etc.) in addition to Social Security number, Criminal Records, Arrest History, some Traffic Infractions, Sexual Predator listing and Terrorist Watch list.
